Please be advised that the annual general membership meeting (AGMM) of BES- HNS Foundation, Inc. will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022, 9:00AM via remote communication. The link to the meeting will be provided to the members attending the AGMM by April 20, 2022.
The agenda for the meeting are as follows:
- Call to order
- Certification of notice and quorum.
- Approval of the minutes of the previous annual membership meeting.
- Report of the President
- Ratification of all acts of the Management and the Board.
- Launching of BHFI Website
- Other matters.
- Adjournment.
